AUTOTHANE™ is a high performance microcellular polyurethane system based on hybrid polyols and MDI technology from Dow Hyperlast. It has been specifically developed for impact, shock and vibration management in automotive applications.

SUV’s, motorcycles and snow mobiles. For many years, design engineers have been making use of the unique
mechanical and dynamic properties of high density microcellular
polyurethane elastomers. When used in suspension systems or vibration
isolation applications, these materials are known to improve a vehicles
handling, comfort and ride quality. Our service carries on through to expert advice on processing and component manufacture worldwide through our existing licensees in Europe, North America, China, Malaysia, Korea, Russia and India and plans to expand this network to Japan, South America and the Middle East are well underway.
